We’re Here For You

Life can be overwhelming or difficult. You might feel worried or anxious, or maybe depressed and sad. You might find yourself in conflict with those around you. Perhaps your past is full of events that caused you pain that you feel stuck in.

All of us need help along the way from different people around us.

Sometimes help from a professional is beneficial or necessary, to work with you toward your well-being.

Arise is offering Telehealth and In-Person Counseling & Therapy Sessions

Counseling

TeleHealth (online counseling) at Arise

Talk to your therapist from the comfort and safety of your own home, your office, or on the go. Use your laptop, desktop computer, or your phone (Android and iOs).

Your therapist will connect with you through our private,  secure, and HIPAA compliant portal. Click here to access our portal.

In-Person Sessions

Many of Arise’s therapists are available for in-person sessions. We abide by all the state and federal guidelines to keep you and our therapists safe.
